Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. If mailing order in, you can pay with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check. No products will be shipped until payment is cleared. Checks and money orders usually require two weeks to clear. Contact customer service for further help.
Q: How long before my order is shipped?
A: Unless otherwise specified in the individual product description, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. Delivery date depends on the specified shipping method: UPS, Fed X, or USPS. The average being 3 to 7 days.
Q: Can you ship orders outside of the United States?
A: No, unfortunately we currently do not fulfill order requests outside the United States.
Q: What if an item I want to order is out of stock?
A: Our normal out-of-stock rate is very low. Our sourcing department is very efficient in the area of reordering product inventory. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified and offered either an exchange or refund.
Q: Are your products new?
A: All of our products are brand new unless otherwise stated on our product descriptions.
Q: Do you collect tax?
A: We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the state of Florida.

Q: Do you take custom orders for your hand-made beaded products?
A: No. Currently we don’t take customized orders. These items are individually hand-made by a highly skilled and famous bead specialist, “Ms. Truddie.” Custom orders may be provided in the future depending on customer demand.
Q: What if I don’t like my custom-made beaded product? Can it be returned for a refund?
A: All of our beaded products are painstakingly hand-crafted and are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Q: Does your company provide service and support?
A: All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer of the product in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Q: What is refurbished or factory reconditioned?
A: These are items that a customer has returned for any reason, didn't like, wrong color, couldn't operate it etc. They might show evidence of slight usage or wear and tear. They are thoroughly examined and any defects are repaired and the product is sanitized and repackaged either by the original manufactuer or a professional outside firm, therefore returning the product to like new or almost new condition. When you see "refurbished" or "remanufactured", you know you are in for a great deal on a fantastic product! These items maintain a high quality of standard and or checked twice for proper working condition. These items will sometimes arrive in a regular retail box or a plain white or brown box but all will be labeled as "refurbished" or "remanufactured" as required by law. These items have limited warranties unless otherwise stated in the item description.
